SCHOOL ADMISSIONS APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in Pathways Centre for Education School. The admission process is designed to make determinations as quickly as possible about your child’s admissibility. Through the admission process, it is determined if your child is likely to succeed at and contribute to PCE. Our Pathways Team will communicate admissions decisions within a week of a completed Admissions Visit Day or virtual academic assessment. When you have received your letter of acceptance, please complete the Admissions Application Form.

Please note that the following items are required to complete an application.

• $100 non-refundable application fee (please e-transfer to accounts@pathwayscfe.com)

• Photo of the applicant

• Copy of the applicant's birth certificate or passport

• Most recent report card or progress report

• Final June report card from the two previous academic years (Please note that this not required of applicants to Kindergarten - Applicants to Kindergarten should submit a teacher letter if they are enrolled in a pre-school or daycare program.)

• Psychoeducational assessments, if applicable

• IEP, if applicable

Note: Admission will not be considered or completed until all supporting documentation has been received.
