Natalie Quinn
Natalie graduated from the Centennial College Child and Youth Care Advanced Diploma Program in 2013. She then completed the Autism and Behavioral Science Program at Seneca College. Currently she is completing her Bachelors of Psychology at Athabasca University. Natalie has over 10 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as multiple other exceptionalities, including Dual Diagnosis. She has worked in a variety of different settings including: residential, school board and ABA/IBI. She is enthusiastic and passionate about working along side children and youth.

Alisha Pegg
Alisha graduated from Georgian College Child and Youth Care Advanced Diploma Program in 2022. Alisha has over 10 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as multiple other exceptionalities. She has worked in a variety of different settings including: residential, school and ABA/IBI. Alisha supervises our Private School ABA Programming as well as ABA programming in Centre. She is committed to working with children on the spectrum and passionate about seeing them excel in programming and in life.

Aristea Konstantopoulos
Aristea Konstantopoulos brings over a decade of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), supporting individuals with diverse learning needs through evidence-based strategies. In addition to her professional expertise, Aristea is deeply committed to community service and regularly volunteers her time to local initiatives.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Lakehead University, further deepening her understanding of human development and behaviour. Aristea also shares her passion for the arts by teaching art, drama, and music part-time, fostering creativity and self-expression in her students. Her multifaceted background and dedication make her a valued advocate for both educational and personal growth.

Executive Director/Principal
Robin Konstantopoulos
​Robin is the Owner and Director of both Autism Unplugged Learning Centre and Pathways Centre for Education Private School. With over a decade of dedicated advocacy and support for the autism community, she has fostered numerous community partnerships to enhance resources and opportunities for individuals with autism.
Alongside her husband, Robin has contributed to the Special Olympics as a coach and was honored with Georgina's Volunteer Award of Merit for her commitment to community service. She served on the Board of Directors for the Georgina Cares Fund for four years before stepping back to focus on the expansion of her autism treatment center. Additionally, she served on the Uptown Keswick BIA Committee for three years and, in 2025, was appointed to the Council of the Town of Georgina Accessibility Advisory Committee.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the community, Robin was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in March, 2025.
As a mother of two autistic children—one diagnosed with high-functioning autism and the other with severe autism—Robin is deeply passionate about individualized learning. She firmly believes that every child has limitless potential when taught in a way that aligns with their unique learning needs.

Rachel Lavigne
Ms. Lavigne is an Ontario Certified Teacher in good standing. She believes anything is possible if children are taught the way they learn, and is excited to see children's confidence increase as they learn new skills they once thought was not possible.

Leslie Santorelli
Leslie Santorelli is an experienced educator with over a decade of service in both public and private sector schools. A teacher and registered Early Childhood Educator, she brings a strong background in supporting children with special needs, including extensive experience in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Leslie is passionate about fostering cognitive, physical, and emotional growth in children, and is dedicated to creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments.
